Shipping Policy
Supply Chain
We work with verified manufacturers and fulfillment partners located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Orders shipped to the European Union may be dispatched from local warehouses whenever available, in order to reduce delivery times.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within up to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as extreme weather conditions, customs delays, strikes, or periods of high demand.

Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You may also be able to track your order through your customer account, if applicable.
Correct Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be:

Reshipped, with the customer responsible for the new shipping cost; or

Refunded, excluding the original shipping fee.
Failed Deliveries
Carriers typically make one delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local pickup point for 7 to 10 days.
If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to the sender.
Customs and Taxes
Orders shipped from outside your country or region may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other local fees.
If this occurs, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Split Shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number. This does not affect the total delivery cost.
Delays of More Than 30 Days
If your order is delayed for more than 30 days, you will be offered one of the following options:
