Return and Exchange Policy

At FlowSleeps, we always strive for your satisfaction. This policy ensures a clear and fair process for returns and exchanges.

General Conditions

To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our website or by email at support@flowsleeps.com.

Accepted Reasons

3.1. Withdrawal / Change of Mind
You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the product to request a return. The product must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Show no signs of use

  • Include all accessories

If approved, you will receive a return label valid for 7 days.

3.2. Manufacturing Defects
Requests must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.

3.3. Damaged Product Upon Arrival
You may refuse delivery or request an immediate return. Please attach clear photos showing the damage.

3.4. Incorrect Product
Requests for exchange must be made within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

3.5. Inspection and Resolution
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected within 10 business days. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

3.6. Proofs
You must provide photos or videos clearly showing the reported issue.

3.7. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct model, size, or color at the time of purchase.

Refund Options

4.1. Store Credit
Valid for the same refunded amount and can be used toward future purchases at FlowSleeps.

4.2. Credit Card
Refunds are processed according to the card issuer’s timelines, which may take 1 to 2 billing cycles.

4.3. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated after the product has been delivered, the return of the product will be required.

4.4. Bank Transfer
Refunds will be issued within up to 10 business days to the original bank account used for payment.

4.5. Other Cases (lost shipment or out-of-stock items)
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
